Read the full composition
Check the composition in the product description and, when you receive the item, on its garment label. Read every fibre listed and any percentages provided. A wool blend, cotton blend and cashmere style are different choices; the collection name alone does not tell you what an individual garment contains.
If you have a material preference, do not rely only on the first word in the product title or the appearance of a photograph. Ask us about that specific style if its composition is missing or unclear.
Compare the style and fit
Look at the product photographs, available size and colour options, and any fit notes or garment measurements provided. Use measurements for the particular style when they are listed; the same size letter does not guarantee the same fit across different designs.

Follow the garment care label
Use the care instructions for the item you own, including any directions about washing, drying, ironing or professional cleaning. Do not choose a washing method solely because another garment has a similar material name.
