How do I choose the right size?
Check the available size options and any measurements or fit notes on the product page. Compare garment measurements, where provided, with an item you already own. For sizing advice, email us the product link, your usual size and the fit you prefer.
How should I wash and care for my knitwear?
Follow the care label for that garment. Washing, drying and storage requirements depend on the fabric and construction. If a care instruction is unclear, contact us with the product link before washing.
How can I track or change my order?
Check your order confirmation and any dispatch email for updates and available tracking details. For an order or address change, email support@warmsweaterstore.com promptly with your order number. Changes may no longer be possible once processing or dispatch has started.
When will my order arrive and what does delivery cost?
Allow 1–3 business days for processing, then an estimated 10–25 business days for standard transit or 5–15 business days for express transit where offered. These are estimates and delays can occur. How do returns, refunds and size changes work?
Request an eligible return within 365 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Contact us before sending anything back. Customers normally pay return postage; contact us about faulty or incorrect items. After receipt and inspection, eligible refunds are processed within 14 business days.
